It was Sunday. Our teacher Mr Zhu led us to a park nearby.Usually we go to the park to spend our holiday. But today we went there to take part in voluntary labour. 它是星期天。我們的老師朱老師帶我們到附近的一個公園。我們通常去公園度過我們的假期。但是今天我們去那兒參加義務勞動。

We got there at nine oclock. Mr Zhu pided us into three groups and then we began working.

The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The studentsin Group Two were busy collecting litter left by the tourist. They also cleaned the benches in the park. I was in Group Three. There are many boats on the take and some children are boating happily, To the south of the lake is a hill with a lot of monkeys on it. We will visit the summer Palace on Wednesday, May 4. The Summer Palace is the largest well-kept royal park in China. In the park there is water and man-piled hills. In the morning we will be free to visit the different places of the Palace and then we will have lunch in the fast-food restaurant. We will get back to the hotel at half five. Please gather at the hotel gate at 6:10 on Wednesday morning. The buses will start at 6:30. It will take us about 45 minutes to get there.
