上海出新規(guī)整治“群租”

據(jù)《東方早報》報道，上海房管局局長劉海生透露，上海已經(jīng)起草了一條針對群租行為的新規(guī)定，計劃下個月開始實施。

Shanghai has drafted a new rule to regulate group renting, the practice of dividing apartments into smaller rooms and renting them separately, and vows to substantially raise the penalty imposed on illegal renters.

上海已經(jīng)起草了一個規(guī)范群租行為的新條例，據(jù)稱這一新規(guī)定將大大加重對非法承租人的懲罰力度。群租就是把公寓里的房間隔成更小的房間，然后分別租給不同的人。

群租的英文表達就是group renting，具體而言就是dividing apartments into smaller rooms and renting them separately。

對于那些tenants who illegally sublet apartments to others 盡管政府已出臺多項政策來阻止property speculation
