2024考研英語詞匯復(fù)習(xí)之行業(yè)準入制度

　　Revised Coal Laws will for the first time set the industry access system for the sector, the China Securities Journal reported Monday, citing sources with the China National Coal Association.

　　《中國證券報》周一援引來自中國煤炭工業(yè)協(xié)會的消息稱，修改后的《煤炭法》將首次為煤炭行業(yè)設(shè)立行業(yè)準入制度。

　　在上面的報道中，industry access system就是行業(yè)準入制度。Access在這里的意思是進入權(quán)，除了行業(yè)準入制度，還有其他各種準入制度，例如employment access system，market access system。Access相關(guān)的意思還有接近的機會，接近權(quán)，享用機會，享用權(quán)，例如：gain access to a countrys trading ports。

　　煤炭行業(yè)在過去幾年一直事故頻發(fā)，發(fā)生多起mine blast事故，并且還存在mine coverup，這些mine disaster中很大一部分原因是和煤礦管理不善有關(guān)，因此為了保證coal mine safety，設(shè)立industry access system十分有必要。
