1.Stop running from your problems. Face them head on. No, it wont be easy. There is no person in the world capable of flawlessly handling every punch thrown at them. We arent supposed to be able to instantly solve problems. Thats not how were made. In fact, were made to get upset, sad, hurt, stumble and fall. Because thats the whole purpose of living to face problems, learn, adapt, and solve them over the course of time. 1.不要逃避問題。昂首闊步去面對。沒錯，這不容易做到，但世界上誰都無法做到事事順利。我們并不能遇到問題就可以馬上解決，這不是我們的天性。相反，我們天生要面對難過、傷心、困頓和失敗，而去面對問題、去學(xué)習(xí)、去適應(yīng)、去解決，這才是生活的全部意義。

2.Stop being scared to make a mistake. Doing something and getting it wrong is at least ten times more productive than doing nothing. Every success has a trail of failures behind it, and every failure is leading towards success. You end up regretting the things you did NOT do far more than the things you did. 2.不要害怕犯錯。去做然后犯錯，比起什么都不做要強(qiáng)十倍。每一個成功的背后都有一連串的失敗，而每一個失敗會引導(dǎo)你走向成功。最終，你會后悔的是那些你沒有去做的事，而不是你去做了的事。

3.Stop berating yourself for old mistakes. We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here NOW with the power to shape your day and your future. Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come. 3.不要為過去的錯誤責(zé)備自己。我們都會犯錯，會掙扎，會后悔。但你本身不是錯誤、不是掙扎，你現(xiàn)在要做的就是重塑你的生活和未來。生活中發(fā)生的每件事都是在為你的未來做準(zhǔn)備。

4.Stop being idle. Dont think too much or youll create a problem that wasnt even there in the first place. Evaluate situations and take decisive action. You cannot change what you refuse to confront. 4.不要虛度。別想得太多或者自找麻煩。評估要正確，行動要果斷。如果你不愿意面對，你就無法改變現(xiàn)狀。

5.Stop thinking youre not ready. Nobody ever feels 100% ready when an opportunity arises. Because most great opportunities in life force us to grow beyond our comfort zones, which means we wont feel totally comfortable at first. 5.不要再認(rèn)為自己沒有準(zhǔn)備好。當(dāng)機(jī)會來臨的時候，沒有人可以說是百分百地準(zhǔn)備好了。大多數(shù)好機(jī)會都會逼著我們走出自己的舒適區(qū)，即使我們一開始感覺不太適應(yīng)。

6.Stop letting others bring you down to their level. Refuse to lower your standards to accommodate those who refuse to raise theirs. 6.不要再讓別人降低自己的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。不要為了迎合那些不愿意進(jìn)步的人而去降低自己的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

7.Stop overlooking the beauty of small moments. Enjoy the little things, because one day you may look back and discover they were the big things. The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you. 7.不要忽視小事之美。欣賞那些小事情，因為有一天當(dāng)你回首往事的時候，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)這些小事情才是真正的大事。你人生做最美好的部分就是和你在意的人微笑著度過那些微不足道、不值一提的時光。

8.Stop wasting time explaining yourself to others. Your friends dont need it and your enemies wont believe it anyway. Just do what you know in your heart is right. 8.不要再浪費時間向別人解釋自己。即使不向朋友解釋，他們也會理解;即使向敵人解釋，他們也不會相信你。如果你內(nèi)心認(rèn)為是對的事，那就去做。

9.Stop doing the same things over and over without taking a break. The time to take a deep breath is when you dont have time for it. If you keep doing what youre doing, youll keep getting what youre getting. Sometimes you need to distance yourself to see things clearly. 9.不要一味埋頭做事而忘記休息。當(dāng)你忙得抽不出時間來了，那就是你該休息的時候了。如果你還是做你一直在做的事，你也只能得到你早已得到的東西。有時候，你需要退一步海闊天空。

10.Stop trying to make things perfect. The real world doesnt reward perfectionists, it rewards people who get things done. 10.不要追求事事完美。真實的世界不會獎勵那些完美主義者，而是回報那些能把事情做完的人。
