1 Speak to People.
There is nothing as nice asa cheerful word of greeting.
2 Smile at People.
It takes 72 musclesto frown， but only 14 to smile!
3 Call People by Name.
The sweetest music to anyones ear is the sound of his or her own name.
4 Be Friendly and Helpful.
If you would have friends， be friendly.
5 Be Cordial.
Speak and act as if everything you do were a real pleasure.

1. as as 與一樣 ，中間通常是接形容詞或者副詞。如：as sweet as sugar 和糖一樣甜;如：as quickly as possible 盡可能地快。
2.as if +從句：好象。
①動(dòng)詞為虛擬語(yǔ)氣，表示夸大或譬喻，此時(shí)動(dòng)用過(guò)去時(shí)代替現(xiàn)在時(shí)，如：
He talks as if he knew all about it. 他講起話(huà)來(lái)好象他完全知道此事似的。
②動(dòng)詞不用虛擬語(yǔ)氣，表示可能的事實(shí)。
It looks as if its going to rain.看起來(lái)要下雨了。
