1.租房場景
這種題型，以前看人也介紹過，并且很具體，這里把他們總結(jié)在一起。
首先辨別是租房還是買房。for lease 與for sale
房子的類型有：flat, apartment, dormitory, student hotel,
youth hostel
一般房子有的家電或設(shè)施有：
bedroom, kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine,
air-condition, electric fans, radiator, electric stoves
床上用品有
pillow, pillow case, bed linen, sheet, mattress, blanket, towel
房子位置：.
road, street, lane,
門廳的叫法：hall, lobby, porch
租房的規(guī)律為：
離市中心越近，房價越高，位置稍偏，價錢會比較有吸引力.但便宜的
房子一般有不理想的地方：
not near the center, not near the railway station, fall from the
bus stop, near the airport, noisy, shared kitchen, insects,
a stranger in the next bed, have no privacy, have to prepare
some repellant ,insects haunting.
另外電話詢問看房子時：
is it available now? when will it be available?.
is there a telephone? how far is it from.? is it furnished?
what is the rental price? how is it cooled /heated?
furnished:意為配備家具。
2.課外研究場景.
主要是在課外研究一些小的項目，小的調(diào)查研究，包括對學(xué)校里各個地方，
食品等的價格的比較，這些看似不屑一顧的東西，個人認為，
這也是與文化背景有關(guān)系的，外國人注重人的實踐能力，從小培訓(xùn)，
聽說他們中學(xué)生就開始寫長篇的文章，看成長的煩惱中那個小男孩本，
研究毛毛蟲，就可看出了：
這部分主要注重聽力，非凡關(guān)注的是人名，并注重先判定男女。

reserve books：指某一段時間比較搶手，熱門的書目，資料的租借時間
縮短。假如很多同學(xué)想使用同一本參考書，圖書館就會reserve this book.
考點：作品名稱，哪年出版，作者姓名，student card, library card，
借出費用，幾時到期，欠款多少等。
4.地理場景
一般是司機，導(dǎo)游，bbc programme介紹某個地方，城市的基本情況。
主要包括：
u 名字，行政區(qū)劃
u 人口，語言風(fēng)土人情
u 好處，不利
u 吸引人之處
distance from nearest city, population,
advantage/disadvantage:注重轉(zhuǎn)折詞匯的運用：however, nevertheless,
on the other hand
education, main industry:
climate/weather: wet and windy, cold and wet, rainy, cloudy.
shape: rectangle
5.選課場景：
涉及選課主要是對語言的選擇：
portuguese, italian, russian, arabic, mandarin, standard chinese,
cantonese, spanish.
