In fact, listening to music while doing your lessons may result in less concentration on your study. Besides, the overuse of earphones does harm to your hearing. There are many ways we can enjoy music and learn English. For instance, a recorder or a radio may be a good choice. However, if you do need to use an earphone, you should rest your ears for at least ten minutes every hour but do not use it more than 2 hours a day. I hope things will get better soon.
