　　醫(yī)院的虐待

　　雖然30%的住院醫(yī)生說他們經(jīng)歷過某種性騷擾或性歧視，謾罵是被提到的最普通的問題。當(dāng)謾罵事件被限制在三次或三次以上，53%的住院醫(yī)生說他們被輕視或被資格稍老的住院醫(yī)生羞辱，而21%以上的住院醫(yī)生說他們的工作成績被記到別人的功勞簿上。資深的醫(yī)生為了懲罰實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生而給他們分派任務(wù)，被推、被踢、被打并且有人威脅你的名譽(yù)和職業(yè)。10%以上的被測(cè)醫(yī)生反映這種事更常見。
