“航空碳稅”是“綠色壁壘”

對(duì)于那些長(zhǎng)期在歐洲及美國(guó)做生意的商人來說，他們以后需要為旅途支付更昂貴的機(jī)票費(fèi)用。歐盟最高司法機(jī)構(gòu)歐洲法院21日作出裁定，宣布?xì)W盟將于2024年1月1日起正式實(shí)施征收國(guó)際航空碳排放費(fèi)
