爸爸是鐵將軍開路，走在前頭。不一會兒，就拉開了距離。哇，筍，還有嘰嘰頭，可真多啊！我和表哥抬頭一看，是在前頭探路的爸爸的叫喊聲。當我們趕到時，他手里已抱著一大捆筍、嘰嘰頭。可我倆卻一無所獲。我焦急萬分，使勁地撓著頭發，想：我們為什么挖不著筍呢？也許我想得太入神了，一不小心，摔了一跤，還摔出了血，我捶胸頓足喊道：老天，你何故此般折騰我，我也是人，也是萬物之主，憑什么不賜我野菜，還摔我一跤！此時的我懊惱極了。爸爸便對我們說：不如你們走在前頭，或許會有收獲。

　　表哥，快看筍。沒走幾步，一個獵物就進入了我的眼簾，我驚喜萬分。

　　我也有獵物了，表弟。

　　沒過多長時間，我們的筍可以與爸爸的比試多少了。我們高興極了。

　　我終于明白，跟在爸爸后面，是挖不到筍的，只有走到前面去，才會有收獲。開辟自己的道路，別跟在別人身后。是我今天五一節勞動中悟道的一個小小道理。
