But if we’re always whining and complaining, are we really living effectively?

If you don’t believe me, count how many times you complain about something or other in one day.

Whether it be being stuck in traffic, being bothered by the weather, not enough mustard on your sandwich, or whatever it is, there are endless instances where you can find a reason to complain.
不管是因為糟糕的交通狀況，被天氣所困擾，還是三明治上芥末放得不夠，總之生活中有無數(shù)的煩心事可以讓我們抱怨。
But it’s not just outside circumstances that we complain about.We complain about ourselves too.We complain that we don’t have enough time, we don’t have enough money (this one is huge because it’s often“true”), that we’re not smart enough, cool enough, or just enough.
不僅外部的環(huán)境讓我們抱怨，我們還不斷的抱怨我們自己。比如時間不夠啊，錢不夠花啊，不夠聰明不夠冷靜啊，反正什么看上去都不夠好。
